Departmental Narration:

The engineering course is a totally new experience for the budding engineers. Basic science is covered in the beginning of the engineering course. Chemistry is one of the important basic science subjects, which apart from is own applications has its applications in other branches of science and Technology. The department has established during Oct. 1999, from that time it caters to the needs of about 330 students.

Infrastructure :

The engineering Chemistry laboratory is equipped with adequate infrastructure facilities and latest instruments sufficient for conducting laboratory classes and research work The department is going to establish water-testing laboratory and also has plan to carry out research in various areas of chemistry in the near future.

Upshot With the extra effort from qualified and experienced faculty and technically competent supporting staff, we are able to carve out a dependable department by maintaining excellent academic result, both in the theory and practical examinations.
