RULES & REGULATIONS FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Students are
required to wear their Identity Cards, issued by the College on admission to respective course, at all times.
- Use of mobile phones by any student inside the college
campus is strictly prohibited.
- If mobiles found in possession by any student, will be
confiscated and will not be returned during the course of
their study. In case of any emergency, they can deposit the
mobiles in the office or nay concerned faculty member.

Students are required to attend lecturers regularly. At least 85 % attendance is compulsory for any Students to appear at the semester exams.

Any Students remaining absent for more than 15 days, without prior permission from the HoD / Principal, shall be deemed to have dropped out and his/her name will be struck off from the rolls.

Students must appear for all the periodic tests and complete assignments and projects given to them for the internal assessment.

Assignments & Projects (as applicable) given to the Students shall be completed and submitted within specified time period. The management shall not be under any obligation to extend the time so fixed.

Evaluation of test assignments & projects by the faculty for the purpose of internal assessment shall be final and binding on the Students. Any complaint in this regard shall not be entertained.

The management shall fix a schedule for lecturers &
practical & other programs the way it considers best & shall
endeavor to adhere to this schedule. All the Students are required to follow it strictly. However, management shall not be responsible for any change in the schedule, postponement of cancellation of lectures.
Jeans, Short tops and sleeveless tops are
strictly prohibited for girl students.
Jeans, T-shirts and pants with multiple
pockets are strictly prohibited for boy students. Principal
may allow by imposing with a penalty of Rs.50/-.
LIBRARY
- Only valid Card Holder is entitled to use the Library.
- Books may be borrowed for a maximum period of 15 days.
- Fine shall be charged for the period during which the books is over due.
- No Magazine / Journal / Newspaper shall be issued to any student.
FEES
All fees should be paid before the due date. All under graduate students of 2nd & 3rd year should clear the fees on or before 30th June, before commencement of the classes. All Post Graduate students should clear the fees on or before 20th July of the academic year.
Fees once paid including the examination fee shall not be refunded.
Students who do not pay their fees may be asked to leave the Course. They shall not be allowed to appear at any of the examinations.
DISCIPLINE
Students are required to observe decorum while attending the course.
Students are liable to be dismissed or suspended at the discretion of the management, if any of the term of code of conducts are violated.
Ragging is strictly prohibited.
