NARASIMHA MURTHY who is a B.E. (Mechanical) of the
University of Mysore, Master of
Marketing Management, of Reputed Annamalai University, & also possessing a PG Diplomoa in
Business Management. from Bhavans College of Mass
Communication Bangalore.
Placement
Head has to his credit totally 36 years of experience out
of which 25 years in Industry, 7 years in Human Resource
Management and Consultancy, 4 years in Teaching Management
subjects, Communication Skills, Personality Development,
Group Discussion Tactics, Extempore speeches, Debating
Techniques and so on.

Placement cell is managing to bring almost all reputed
companies to their Engineering College Campus.
To name
a
few Infosys, Wipro, Sonata Software Ltd., NIIT Technologies,
Aris Global, L&T Infotech, 6D Telecom Solutions, Tech
Mahendra, Quasar Innovations, Tata Elxsi, Emcube or Quasitum,
Nichi-In-Software, Keane Process, Robert Bosch, MPhasis,
Vijayanagar Steel Ltd., Ansaldo (Union Switch & Signaling) R2K
Software, Relq Software Ltd., L&T { Mech Engg Group}, Volvo
etc , have been visiting our College
Campus regularly.

Placement cell has hosted Pooled Campus recruitments for
Wipro, Infosys, Sonata Softeare, NIIT Technologies, in the
past as well as this year for several engineering colleges.

Placement cell will also arrange for expert training of the
students in Communication skills, Personality development,
Group discussions etc., by external reputed training
agencies.
The
Placement cell Head is available round the clock to all the
students of the college.
Placement
cell inspires, motivates and gives moral support to all the
students of the college to become successful in placements.
Besides lot
of guest lecturers are arranged from Eminent personalities
from IT and Non IT sectors..Eminent Professors from IISC,
IITS are also invited to deliver Guest Lectures to the
students of All Branches of Engineering.

Placement cell will also send their students to other
Engineering colleges for pooled campus recruitments.
160 students
of 2006 batch, 180 students of 2007 batch and 200 students
of 2008 batch have been successfully placed by Vemana IT
Placement cell.
Already
about 100 current 6th semester students of 2009
batch are placed in Wipro, Sonata, Infosys, L&T Infotech,
Sasken and so on.
Vemana IT
Placement cell wants to achieve its objects of 100%
placements in another one or two years.
As of now
80% of the outgoing students are placed by the placement
cell.
